Yoga for Balance is an easy to follow yoga class suitable for those with previous yoga experience. It contains a series of carefully selected asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises) and mudras (gestures) to encourage physical and emotional balance.

Yoga for Balance has been devised and narrated by leading yoga teacher and writer Sue Fuller. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and a course author for the British School of Yoga. Sue is the co-founder of Yoga 2 Hear. Yoga 2 Hear have been devising and creating audio yoga classes since 2005.
