This book aims to help the listener realize their inner power and see just how special they are as a person.
We all face countless hardships throughout life and become stronger after each circumstance. We may fail sometimes, but we always endure. We rise up to each occasion with strength, beauty, and dignity, and it's time that we give ourselves credit for all that we are and all that we are capable of becoming.
We are human, and we are incredible. This audiobook is intended to be a quick listen, containing just under 70 poems. It addresses various mental health relatable topics, including: fear, anger, joy, happiness, love, heartbreak, self-loathing, and growth.
