The second book in the series.
Scythia and the team return to the Nationalist Enforcement Bureau Station to face oversight review for the aftermath of their first mission. In an attempt to not anger the powers that be, the team thinks its best to lay low and stay out of trouble.
Scythia begins training and exploring the physical world around her. Djaem begins planning for the future and rebuilding his criminal enterprise. Uthraith finds himself entangled in romance and political intrigue. Raza tries to take a day off.
The team will have to learn how to make friends instead of mayhem if they want to navigate the dangerous undercity of the Citadel.
