Too hard to listen
The reader is slooooow, and then fast. And again sloooow. He makes unecessary poses in the Middle of sentences, and pronunces some words so slowly that it's grotesque. The editing of this audio book is not properly done: Some sentences are repeated, and at one point in the book the reader starts one sentence over in mid-sentence!
Also the content is strangely organised. This is supposed to be an overview of UX, but the author spends half a chapter explaining a software in details (like "how to rename" or "how to copy/paste").
I find it ironic that an audiobook about UX offers such a poor user experience!
