This array of poems from an award-winning novelist is as varied as a short story collection. Some poems are written for the modern age, some for a timeless age, and many for lovers of all ages (double meaning fully intended). Some address nature as if it were human, or men as if they were many things besides. One poem is dedicated to the Holocaust; another tells a desert fable. Five of the 34 poems are dedicated to the paintings of Danielle Richard.
