    Outstanding book

    This book I have been waiting for. I started practicing the WHM in July of this year 2020. At 58 years old I was looking for a way to get both mentally and physically fit. The WHM has helped me become more relaxed, and more focused. The method of breath work, cold showers and mindset are simply stated FABULOUS!! I have lost 23 pounds and have not missed a day of doing this since i started. I am currently in the second week of the ten week video course. The book helps explain the methods and the research and science that backs it. I git the book today and finished it today. I am sure it will be a resource I will go to often as I continue on this journey to better health and performance.

    Breathe MFer!

    At first I was a bit disappointed that Wim didn't read this book, however Noho was amazing! Can't wait to listen again! Thank You Wim! Just what we need as humans. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

    Just try it

    I’ve been doing WHM regularly for 9 months. It has made a huge impact for me. I recommend his breathwork to everyone. I hope you read this and commit to at least the breathing. Try 10 days straight first and see how you feel. Enjoy!

    The Cold, The breath, commitment ... wow

    Cold, breath and commitment has extremely changed my lifestyle and I have leveled up tremendously in all areas of my life. I don’t need energy drinks anymore and i don’t need to layer up when it’s cold. Such a life changing book and I will be doing it for the rest of my life. Thank you Wim for this.

    Disappointing

    I had high hopes for this book, but the narrator was annoying in his delivery and the content was a letdown. Throughout the book Hoff asserts that his method is scientific and not some spiritual mumbo-jumbo, but he spends more time waxing eloquent about the “third eye” and “corona of light” than he does actually sharing his method. From what is written here, one assumes that the entirety of his method can be contained in one page.

    Context and explanation for WHM narrated by an energetic Apollo

    great stuff. stays true to the sentiment of the method. learned more by reading this and am even more dedicated to my own practice

    Life Changing Methods

    Life changing methods described and detailed in this book are truly amazing! The methods are simple and take very little time out of a day to do, making it easy to do Every Day.

    Love the method, not convinced by the audiobook

    While this book does give details on concrete breathing exercises, it seems at some parts like an extended advertisement for the 10 week course. I was also unfortunately not very convinced my the narrator, who’s voice variation seemed forced to me - like a YouTube documentary voice-over, which is fine for 20 minutes, but hard to listen to for multiple hours.

    Thank being said, the Wim Hof Method is great, for all of the reasons that so many people have already detailed in other reviews - I would highly recommend this book, but believe the printed version is most likely more valuable than the audiobook.

    This is the holy Grail we all were searching for!

    Best thing I’ve ever found! I recommend this book to everyone who wants to change something in life! You can feel it from the first time trying!
    I’m starting the method now through the app and very excited how my health conditions with various autoimmune disorders are going to change during the coming time.
    I can already feel the changes! The book is very exciting and pleasant to listen to! Thank you Wim and sounds true!

    Great start!😄

    For me as a beginner and being super sceptical, I can recommend to listen to this book. The focus lays on pure and plain science and for me that helped a lot! I am doing these techniques since 4 weeks now and I feel just great 😁
