When Jane’s college roommates gather for a reunion at Grace Chapel Inn, time seems to disappear. When the four women last met, they were young and idealistic, but in the 25 years since they graduated, their lives have taken different turns, and the decisions they’ve made and who they’ve become test the strength of their bond.
As they reconnect, they uncover old wounds and confess long-buried secrets, and soon it looks like their time together just might turn into a disaster. But when Sylvia Songer stops by, the weekend turns into an impromptu quilting retreat that brings healing and encouragement, and remids the women of the blessing of old friends. Meanwhile, Alice cares for a patient suffering from amnesia, and the only clue to her identity is the dog who is watching over her after her car when off the road. As Alice tries to help this woman recover her life, Louise counsels a guest whose marriage is on the rocks by sharing about the hard times in her own marriage. Can she help the young woman give it one more try? As the Howard sisters look back on the past, their time together gives all of them hope for the days to come.
