Disillusioned by the corporate lifestyle, David finds himself unemployed and desperate for change. Just a few weeks later, the two inexperienced hopefuls abandon society and plunge into a soul-searching sojourn to thru-hike the Pacific Crest trail, a 2,650-mile Mexico-to-Canada footpath - barefoot. I enjoyed this adventure but I found the narrator David Smart, although pleasant, just that little bit monotonous. At times it seemed to drag on and the drawl of David’s voice put me to sleep lol. But very enjoyable all the same 🙂👍🥾🥾
