The O Line Mystery Shorts books 1 through 11 comprise the complete dramatization of the short story mystery series. Originally released as podcasts, they have been remastered for audiobook listening. Book 8 features episodes: #33 "Sally's Goose Chase", #34 "Annie Rolls the Dice", #35 "Listening Device", and #36 "The Ho' Next Do'".

Set on Ohlone Island in the San Francisco Bay, island inhabitants Lorna and Annie have a penchant for discovering fraud, corruption, and murder. In episode 33, "Sally's Goose Chase", Against her better judgment, Roberta gets pulled in deeper into the plot when she and Sally send Lorna on a wild goose chase so Sally can slip out of town “on business” while Annie is still missing. In episode 34, "Annie Rolls the Dice", with Annie back on Ohlone Island, Michael and Sally hatch a plan to distract her and Lorna with a pub game at the local watering hole. But their plan backfires when Annie finally takes a chance and trust's Lorna above anyone else. In episode 35 "Listening Device", now that Lorna and Annie are back in cahoots Annie surprises Lorna with her secret weapon and they execute their big plan to help Sally. And in the final short, "The Ho' Next Do'", Annie and Lorna use Sally's newest diversion to further their own agenda and learn something new about the neighborhood and it's inhabitants.

Following in the footsteps of Classic Radio Drama's, The O Line Mystery Shorts brings to life new stories for the digital age. The companion book series available exclusively on Kindle e-books includes an introduction and the scripts that follow the stories evolution.
