In 2018, The Heartfulness Way, Volume 1, was published―a series of conversations between Daaji and his associate Joshua Pollock. In Volume 2, Daaji focuses on the spiritual journey from its starting point to the ultimate realization of the purpose of human life and potential.The topic of “Reality” is central to spirituality and Realization is the fruit of awareness. Daaji touches upon the contemplative practices of Heartfulness, clarifies some practical aspects, and offers valuable suggestions. The path he offers is simple.The Heartfulness Way, Vol 2 is an outcome of many such conversations that took place at the Heartfulness International Headquarters at Kanha Shanti Vanam from 2019 to the present.
