Unsettling sounds, nauseating smells, and terrifying apparitions appear to multiple family members as the mystery of Lord Montbarry's death deepens. Is the hotel truly haunted? Or is it the scene of a horrifying crime? True to his fashion, Wilkie Collins does not disappoint as a master of mystery.
