It's a mix of self help and spirituality, the author talks a lot about the higher self, having a bigger perspective than oneself, it quotes dofferent religions. Very well written like a literary book and explores topics like death, feelings, grieving, relationships with others ,how to handle the difficult moments in our lives without wanting to control everything,seeing the meaning behind it all.. very positive. The author's voice is very soothing and nice.
