There are dark places in this world man should never go...
Dr. David Fyne has inherited a world of nightmares. Founded by his father, the Fyne Mental Institution for the criminally insane houses some of the worst of humanity. Each day, he walks by rooms filled with brutal men and women who have committed irreversible wrongs.
