    Darren Hardy is presenting the compound effect in the most important aspects of social life. The delivery is engaging. The references are sport coaches, successful people, self-help and cognitive literature. The approach is interesting, because what is proposed is tough, yet there is no too much self marketing-guru-mentor promotion. In my personal opinion, not all the elements described in the book are converging to the compound effect as the author is pretending. Nevertheless, overall is good coherent material. The book is written with the American reader in mind. Positives biased, encouraging to love your partner and show it every day, pleads for little incremental changes that compound in a fulfilment life, The Compound Effect is definitely a useful tool in the box of life improvement.

    This book is a really great and fast way to open your mind on many aspect of your life that you can easily improve. The author find his inspiration in some other great authors, as you can understand he dives into some concept and idea that is already mentioned by other authors. Still this great open minding book, bring a way of thinking and ideas that shows that the author delivers keys of success that seems to be really efficient. A must read and listen because you gonna learn new ways to structure yourself. Amazing !
