    Le travail d'Evans est monumental et constitue un très bon équilibre entre travail universitaire et vulgarisation.La lecture de Sean Pratt est un peu monocorde, mais très claire et de toutes façons, le texte n'incite pas aux fioritures.Les premiers chapitres décrivant le contexte politico économique de l'Allemagne du début du 20eme siècle sont un peu fastidieux, mais finalement indispensables, et on est rapidement captivé par la façon dont les pièces du puzzle s’emboîtent...
