Our system looks at how you move better physically and mentally from shot to shot and point to point. Our system combines the technical (physical) with the tactical (mental/psychological). We aim to give you much more than how to hit great shots. Wherever you are in your tennis, we are going to give you a strategic and tactical plan to improve your results and really begin to enjoy your tennis.
The Art of Winning Tennis encourages players to stop simply looking at themselves and start looking at their opponent. By bringing the opponent back to the forefront of their thinking, the player creates the best possible context in which to improve as a competitor.
We introduce you to the new concept of tennis data analytics - we take the match to the practice court and the practice court to the match.
