During this installment of the Thalia Kids' Book Club, the author and illustrator behind the much-loved Clementine book series discuss their inspiration for the characters, how they work together, their artistic influences, and their advice to aspiring authors and illustrators, among other subjects. Along the way, the young audience learns about the creators' friendships, their families, and more. Author Sara Pennypacker also reads a short excerpt from Clementine, Friend of the Week, followed by questions from the assembled youngsters.
