Who is the baby the Texas Child Protection Services named Ruth Anne Lopez? Why, now that she is a teenager, is someone trying desperately to kill her?
Retired airman Billy Moody grabbed the pistol from Ruth Anne just as she pulled the trigger to commit suicide. He quickly won her trust and took her in.
