Your entire world and the life you experience can change without having to change anything outside of yourself. I spent the past year adjusting my behavior, thought patterns, and emotions which brought about a shift that has transformed my whole world. I didn't leave my family, or quit my job, or hide away to do this. I did this, close to effortlessly, while continuing on with the same life I've been living.
It's difficult to put it into words, but I use the word shift to describe it because it's something that just kind of happened with the changes that I made. Prior to this shift, I needed to be in control, I was bothered by all kinds of bullshit, and conflict seemed to be common. After taking on easy, self-adjusting practices, I am no longer bothered by much at all. I don't think the same nonsense that I used to think, my world feels both vibrant and peaceful, I'm grateful, joyful, and lighthearted, and I have yet to change anything outside of myself.
I don't see this ever retracting, I feel as though I've opened a door to endless possibilities, and I believe this can be achieved by just about anybody. I'm excited to share with anyone who may be looking for some guidance on this type of journey. Bon voyage!
