It's a rainy day, and Slipper and Buddy are forced to stay inside. They decide to play catch...and end up breaking a vase! Luckily, no one got hurt, but Slipper and Buddy found themselves facing a big dilemma. Will they tell a lie or speak the truth?
Slipper Plays Catch is the second book in a series of Slipper and Friends books by Tess Rixen, a 14-year-old author who devotes most of her time to writing, and not nearly enough time to piano practicing.
Parents, this beautiful story is a perfect way to teach children about the importance of honesty. You can use it as a starting point for a discussion with your child about why people lie, why they shouldn't and how to go about making the right choices.
