unexpected
I figured that this series was going to be people being bullied but have nothing good come out of it, didn't think it was going to have a moral or really be an good at all.
I took a chance and I am very much grateful I did. yes it was about being bullied in school and life in general. there was a romantic and sexual base too. you had friendships that came out of it, you were given different ways to figure out situations and most of all...you could relate to each and every book in this series. Thank you very much to the author, you did an excellent job of getting everything across that you wanted to. Thank you narrators. Your voice were soothing, pleasant and easy on the ears. I have had some that I said "What the heck is that and No way in hell can I listen to that voice for x amount of time.

Amazing narration and stories
This was my first Duet narration and I LOVED it so much! I’ve been a fan of the sinners and saints series and now I’m even more in love with this group characters and their stories. This narration was done so well and it brought the series to life in an amazing way!
If you’re new to the series or not you’d love this audiobook box set. It’s awesome and I highly recommend it!

The life of Teens and everyday experiences.
Story line of all the so called teenagers was nothing more then sexual graphics to the listeners. It also portrayed the parents as non caring people. The plots were weak. There are many young teens who are smart , that do not use the F word with every breath that they take. High school students are academic people. They can have romance, good clean fun and don’t see their parents as wardens. I have been involved with many elementary as well as high school people , and on the whole there were many good , intelligent knowledgeable people. Not once did the author mention that these teens had responsible chores or treated their parents with respect.

Misogynistic rape culture
It is beyond belief that any book could be published in January 2022 that leads with the main character that is so misogynistic and a book that portrays rape culture as an ordinary, supported thing. It may very well be but we don’t need to promote it. Waste of a credit. I couldn’t get past the first few chapters

Amazing!!!
Omg each story of this collection is so so good. The Bad boys finding love and the girls that brought them to their knees. There was angst, passion and friendship. Each story unique in its own way. The narrators did a fantastic job bringing each story to live with all the feels

Loved it!!!!
Loved it wish there were more books about their lives after this and their kids lives. I thought they were mean boys in the beginning but they were just lost trying to find away out a path. glad they did.

Loved it!
I loved this whole collection of books. I couldn't stop listening. I was dying to know what happened in each one. the story lines were very well written they do get just a little repetitive and slightly predictable but still very much worth the listen. the spicy scenes were great just enough with out going to crazy. the voice actors did fantastic. I loved the duel narration. most definitely worth the credit!

Great stories, but...
Female narration for book 1 & 4 appear lifeless, very monotone, with hit & miss periods of better narration. Best female narration was book 2, Devlan's story, also my favorite book of series. Book 3 was my least favorite. All male narrators were awesome. Writing was good. Loved the duet narration though, even with the dull female narration, still well worth the credit.

love the story. relatable no
love this. story, characters etc. however Blairs story In general. the poor tired mom. can't relate. I grew up with a single mom, no child support for 4 kids. as much as I love this series, Blairs seems thrown in. I love the narrators. I can relate on a story told level, but to relate to real people falls short. poor girl, mom works hard, your dads a dick, mom works hard to put you in expensive school. in real life, no. I don't know anyone with one child who struggled.

Tempting Devil
For Tempting Devil:
"Her heart is where I want to make my home“<
This book omg! Soooo much better than the first one, and I freaking loved Blair & Devlin! Their chemistry was off the charts!
BÜlly romances aren’t my favorite trope, but I like it when it’s done right!
Devlin and Blair‘s relationship doesn’t start well. Blair gets caught by Devlin when she tries to steal one of his cars because she and her mother are struggling financially. That’s why Blair has to make a deal with the Devil, or rather he blackmails Blair into doing everything he says (like all kinds of humiliating stuff she has to do at school). Although this felt a little immature, I liked it here.
I loved how their relationship slowly developed, and Devlin redeemed himself in my eyes. And all of their “playing house“ moments were so precious!
The narration was also great!
If you like darker High school romances with a not-so-nice MMC and strong FMC, then check out Tempting Devil!
🗂Genre: Contemporary Romance, Interconnected standalone
🏷Tropes:
- High school bÜlly Romance (18+)
- Blackmail: humiliation for money
- Rich popular MMC x poor unpopular FMC
- Hate to Love
- “You feel like home“
- Possessive MMC
- Spice
- Virgin FMC
⚠️Safety: sick mother, financial struggles, bÜllying/ blackmail, humiliation
📖Audiobook: 1st person, Dual POV & Duet Narration - Meg Sylvan & Michael Gallagher: great narration!
