Jayakanthan was a pioneer Tamil writer who gave a new identity to Tamil short stories. Apart from reinventing the form, he also helped it gain a wider audience. Here are seventeen stories from the entirety of Jayakanthan's writings selected by Poet and Writer Sukumaran. It shows us the multifaceted image of a path-breaking writer, and a snapshot of Tamil literature of that time. ஒரு காலகட்டத்தைச் சேர்ந்த தமிழ் சிறுகதைப் போக்கையும் முன்னோடி எழுத்தாளர் ஒருவரின் நோக்கையும் அடையாளப்படுத்துகிறது இத்தொகுப்பு.©2021 Storyside IN (P)2021 Storyside IN Anthologies et nouvelles
