I enjoyed hearing how to relax and visualize self compassion. This book gave me a clear visual on how to focus and stay relaxed while finding more about myself and how to aim for specific goals.

Title A little misleading
The meditation in the beginning was not relaxing and focused to much on showing loved ones compassion than yourself which was really off putting to me. I want to learn self compassion I already know how to show others compassion. The book is more about what creative visualization is and goes on and on about it. Not what I was looking for.
