Welcome to the 2021 update of "Sailboat Cruising." For anyone who wants to move up from day sailing to "coastal cruising," this program will cover systems onboard a sailing yacht: electrical, plumbing, head, galley, anchoring system, navigation and rigging. Also, rules and regulations, collision avoidance, weather, comparison of sailboat types, and tips for bareboat chartering.
Audience 1 - Those with knowledge of basic sailing who want to move up to coastal cruising. Audience 2 - Those who have gone cruising and want to deepen their knowledge. Audience 3 - A primer for friends and family who may come along as passengers and need to use onboard systems and stay safe on a cruising sailboat.
