    Après avoir lu "Lean Start-Up" d'Eric Ries, j'étais convaincu idéologiquement que l'approche était importante et utile. Cependant, impossible de traduire Eric Ries en recette effective. Et voilà, quelques mois plus tard je tombe par hasard sur ce livre sur GoodReads alors que je suis justement en train de monter ma start-up.

    Ce fut une révélation. Ce livre est d'une clarté et une structure rare. Une véritable mine d'or organisée par stade de maturation de la start-up.

    Vous avez déjà prouvé que vous aidez des gens ? Bravo, il y a toute un chapitre concentré sur la croissance. Cependant, là où ce livre brille est dans la description étape par étape de la période pour trouver ce qui va aider vos clients :
    - entretien centré problème
    - entretien centré solution
    - entretien d'évaluation du MVP

    Tout cela est décrit précisément, des les détails, avec des exemples et des fiches d'aide.
