The Series was great! But...
I think Ryk Brown's Frontiers Saga was well written and narrated by Jeffrey Kafer superbly; however, I have say that the fact it takes 12 credits puts it a very high price. Quite often, a single episode spanned multiple "books" was disappointing. An example was "Celestial CV-02", needed to include almost half of the next episode "Resistance".
If you are ready to spend well over $100 to listen to a good Saga, then I recommend this one as a great "Read".

Riveting
This is book twelve in the frontier Saga series. It is best to read this series in order.
At the end of the last book, the Aurora and the Celestia were battling the Jung Battle Platform when the Corinairi Falcons arrived to help. Earth is saved but in terrible shape. The Ghatazhak are needed to keep law and order on the planet.
The ships need to be fixed up and resupplied. Captain Nathan Scott wants to take the battle to the Jung but the Jung still are after the Earth. Nathan suspects he has a Jung spy aboard the ship. Prince Casimir is fighting with his parliament to provide help to Nathan and Humanitarian aid to Earth. Nathan discovers there is a Jung Battle Platform on the way to Earth. You will never believe what the Corinairi are able to achieve with the jump drive. As in the other books there is lots of action, we not only have space battles but the Ghatazhak are engaged on the Earth. This book is one of the few that does not end in a cliff hanger.
The book is well written and the author continues to develop the characters with each book. This is a super great military sci-fi space opera.
Jeffrey Kafer does an excellent job narrating the series.

This Story Delivers!
The series continues to get better and better. Book 12 stands as one of my favorite of the series as we get fantastic space battles and character development that may have been missing from earlier novels. Ryk Brown is growing in both imagination and prose!

Setting up the Keystone for series one
This is the point where the earth stand back on its feet, this is the point where reinforcements have arrived, this is the point, where hints of a greater conspiracy are shown.

Pretty much the same as past books.
Story is good, and entertaining but may be getting a little redundant. Constant character building dialogue is a bit tedious since we're in book 12! Come on, we know the main characters like family at this point. What I would have loved to hear is more dialog from the Jung battle platform. Their thoughts as the battle progressed would advances the story and been very interesting. Overall OK but not sure how many more of these single battle "Books" with similar battle tactics I'll be able to sit through.

meh, mostly pointless
should have been abridged, could have cut 50% of the book without losing much.
Boring battles.
