How many serial killers can one town have? Never too many…
What was once a quaint and happy coastal town is now something out of a nightmare. A killer is leaving a bloody path of destruction. Detective Maddox Hart and his new partner have their hands full with a slew of recent murders. Bodies are found decimated and ripped to shreds by a train.
