The book introduces a new approach: using light (photonics) to read living cells without labels or destruction, capturing real-time “epigenetic movies.” This leads to COMPASS, PreciGenetics’ platform for observing single-cell dynamics. AI then becomes the interpreter, translating complex spectral signals into predictive insight.
The vision culminates in a Living Cell Atlas—a future library of cellular behavior that predicts drug response before treatment begins. In this future, medicine shifts from trial-and-error to navigation, making disease increasingly optional.
