Philip Hastings loved his brothers and the family ranch, but working the ranch was never his dream. Instead, his work of running the local feed store not only helped his family, but benefited the entire community of Parks. Working closely with various suppliers and customers, he continually meets new faces and people. But one person who crosses his path sticks out the most: Helena Shaw.
Due to her predecessor's retirement, veterinary pharmaceutical representative Helena Shaw finds herself covering a new sales region that brings her to the town of Parks, Texas.
Working closely with the local feed store in presenting new methods of pharmaceutical prevention for livestock, her path crosses with none other than Philip Hastings, one of the brothers of the renowned Hastings Ranch. Needing his help to build rapport with his customers and local ranches, she hopes to secure his favor.
Can Helena earn Philip's trust and support? Can Philip convince his brothers and himself to take a chance on Helena?
