American photographer Tara Lynch has never wanted anything more than to visit Ireland—but her itinerary didn't include chasing peacocks around a wildlife park! On the other hand, it didn't include meeting a tall, handsome Irishman and falling head over heels for him in a heartbeat, either, so it might be time for Tara to re-think what makes a perfect holiday.
Peacock shifter Declan McCarthy, a local artist, certainly didn't expect to meet his fated mate during an afternoon at the park, but when his secret shifter self is revealed to Tara the very first time they meet, he wants nothing more to sweep her off her feet. Tara is more than willing to be swept—but there's a wicked fashion designer stealing peacock feathers straight off the birds at the park, and both Declan and Tara are determined to put a stop to it.
When Tara accidentally convinces the thief that she's a "peacock whisperer," they realize they have the chance to scare the woman straight—and Declan's peacock has a few giant ideas on how to do that!
