We each have seven brains: the four lobes of the brain, the cerebellum, the heart, and the gut. Each has a separate function. Each correlates to a chakra, Kwanzaa principle, blessing mode, and Cherokee spiritual direction. Each brain also uses a particular method of coherence. I explore each method of coherence and how you can use it to heal all your brains. I also include the chakras, Kwanzaa principles, blessing modes, and spiritual directions.
