In this short memoir, Nicole writes about her dad, who tries his best to catch up after not being there as a child, and failed relationships with men.

This book was written in an effort to explain why Nicole K Jackson started a nonprofit for young adults to continue raising children from the village. She now lives in California, has a family of her own, and is on a journey to raise awareness of the struggles of young adulthood.
