Fugitive Rachel Nolander is a newcomer to the city of Dogsland, where the rich throw parties and the poor just do whatever they can to scrape by. Rachel Nolander is a drifter who doesn’t have anywhere to call home. Get it? Nolander? However, Rachel’s life takes a turn for the more interesting when she meets resident Corporal Jona Lord Joni.
