    when yiu think you have heard his story, his message, his mother f'n ethos think again... this man just keeps levelling up. biggest motha f'n amount of gratitude to the man.

    INSPIRATIONAL

    Big Goggins fan here. I've listened to his first book "Can't hurt me" so many times i cannot even count them. I read some reviews people said that this one isn't as good as his first.
    In my view , this book is good. A good motivation , good practical advice (specially the mental lab one ) and good stories. I particularly enjoyed the MOAB and Florida races. I see this one more like a toolkit to learn from with really nice stories.
    So i really recommend it as it is a great read and in my case i love to hear it in my bike rides.
    It is not life changing as can't hurt me, but it is worth the money and time.

    Goggins life's story and the way he continuously transcends his past trauma and demons are more than inspiring. The way the audio book is put together ( like in " Can't hurt me" as well) is so original and captivating. Just love it! ❤️

    DG n’avait statiquement aucune chance de faire ce qu’il a fait mais sa détermination et sa « tool box » lui ont plutôt bien réussi. Il partage, dans ce livre, ce qui lui a permis d’atteindre ses objectifs. Pragmatique, efficace et ne coûtant pas un euro, celle méthode s’applique à n’importe qui ayant la motivation, la discipline…

    I listened to it walking or going to work to motivate me giving my best it's so effective. It simply reminds you that you don't have to be perfect to succeed, just to keep going.
    For me it's a must read story, for everyone that want to make a difference!

    David Goggins est un humain comme tout le monde. La seule chose qui le sépare du reste est son dévouement sans faille à pousser ses limites. Dans ce livre il explique comment il en est arrivé là. Une vie qui mérite à être écouté. Fortement recommandé !

    His achievements are amazing.

    And his book is really interesting...

    ...but I got tired with all his mentality :" I'm the only one who's right, all of others are mediocre mfs."

    Especially in the podcasts parts : he insults everyone, even other people doing ultra trails.

    He thinks he's the only one who knows how to live, but on the human side he still has a lot to learn, including humility and respect for other people.

    I still recommend it, it's a good book with some very inspiring parts.
