My Life, My Universe, My Everything is a very personal memoir that attempts to answer Life, from the perspective of the author Jason Smith. It is a reminder that If I change my mind now, my life will be different now; and in 5 minutes from now, whatever my state of mind is then, will be my outer condition then. My universe is just a mirror that simply reflects my internal attitude, and so the real engine that drives my life has an internal origin. To improve my internal attitude I must be fully present and openhearted, as loving as I can, and be attending to the welfare of myself and everybody around me.
This Lifebook is dedicated to my Son Edward, in the hope that he will live his own life with unconditional positive regard and with this, a life full of peace and happiness. I give special thanks to Carol, Dwight, and of course my beautiful and amazing wife, Jennifer.
