Lisa and Manny are in love. He made a wish as a child that he would marry her. Lisa, born in Indiana near a horse mill. A horse mill is a mill that uses a horse engine as the power source. Lisa is in her last year of high school. They are also former child models for Barbizon, a modeling agency. She lives down the street from her best friend, Dora. Lisa is a happy-go-lucky teen and an only child. She is ready to move out of her parents' house and move into an apartment of her own.
