Here is a sneak preview of what topics we will be covering in this AudioLearn overview of macroeconomics.
To establish the basics, we will review again the Latin watchword of economics, "Ceteris Paribus". We'll briefly cover some other fallacies of thinking. These mistakes are fundamental to economics as well as to other disciplines. If you already know them, listen again and refresh your thinking.
We'll talk briefly about the problem between scarcity and unlimited needs and wants, since that is the underlying problem.
As we establish what macroeconomics specifically analyzes, we'll discuss the various goals of achievement that societies have set. We will show how trade can benefit all parties so they can all gain.
