just okay-- didn't really feel meaningful help
lots of words for "it'll be okay/ you'll be safe" and a few basic methods with no guided talk on them. Imagine a rope and pull yourself up.
Could be just me or there's limited amount to say but felt very wordy without putting me any closer to AP.
