This Psych 312 assignment just might send me off the deep end. Determining whether love at first sight really exists with Robbie Moravian as my project partner of all people?
He’s the sappiest man alive, so upbeat I could scream, and clearly rooting for happy endings at every turn. How does he not learn from experience considering our own meet-cute last semester almost got us expelled?
But we both need to pass this course to graduate. So we’re interviewing five random couples about their meet-cutes and relationships and spending all this time together. Which is certainly...educational.
Because it turns out Robbie isn’t just the charming golden boy I thought I knew. There’s some actual depth beneath all those lame dad jokes and the ‘70s-inspired thrift wardrobe (even if he does look ridiculously great in a flared collar). Next thing I know he’s walking me back to my office on the regular and finishing all my sentences and protecting me from freak storms, and...
Wait. Could Robbie be right? Can happy endings really come from unhappy beginnings? Is he about to change my entire world view?

She’s done it again
So so cute. I love these full cast audio books from Cara Bastone. I’m pretty sure I’ve listened to the other three half a dozen times. Each. This one was a lovely addition to my go-to pick-me-up book list.

Another winner!!!
I have yet to find another author who can capture modern romance as delightfully as Cara Bastone. She creates charming well rounded characters that feel tangible so their stories do as well. There’s something about her storytelling that feels really grounded while also creating the fluttery butterflies and head in clouds swooning you want from a romance.
We all have those movies or shows that we’ve watched a million times and will continue to do so because they’re a form of comfort to us. Well when it come to books Cara Bastone’s collection is that for me. I have listens to Call me Maybe, Sweet Talk, and Seat Mate more times than I can count. Listening to them feels like being wrapped in a warm blanket and Love at First Psych has just been added to the list.
The performance as always was killer. The leading characters banter had me grinning the entire time. And at the end I just wanted more. Not because I was left unsatisfied but because I simply wanted to spend more time with the characters.
I truly hope Cara Bastone continues to write these kinds of stories. I will never tire of listening to them- again, and again, and again.

Great Rom-Com
Loved this story! The actors made it come alive. They made me laugh! I loved how the story unfolded! Definitely want more audio books from this author! Great cast!

CUE THE DRAMATIC VICTORIAN SWOONY FAAAAALLL!!!
Why (OH WHY?!?!) does Cara Bastone have to be such an AMAZING writer?! I’m officially RUINED! I mean I’ve heard all her other (Love Lines) books and was falling (like listening to them over and over for the last year and can mentally recite lines in my brain kind of falling) for her characters but this one TAKES THE CAKE! My heart is both in SHAMBLES and on cloud nine. I’m an emotional puddle and mess. I want more! Yet am not sure I can take more warm fuzzy-wuzzies. Why can’t there be more relationships like these out there?! Why is it that Bastone is the only author who isn’t afraid to shine a light on toxic masculinity and toxic relationships as a WHOLE?! And toxic people? And our own self-depreciation? I LOVE HER REFLECTIVE STYLE! Omg. And sigh. And many many more emotions.
Thank you, Ms. Bastone! Thank you, Audible! Thank you, oh lovely cast♥️♥️♥️! Thank you, again and always, Ms. Bastone - you give me hope for love in general and lovely day dreams that uplift me for my man in the future. Thank you for making your books both full of romance and hints of spice - but also so amazingly sweet and wholesome that I think I could die happy just after listening to them / re-listening. Thank you! BUT ALSO: I NEED MORE! Respectfully and hopefully SOON. Thank you.

Soooo Frickin good!!!!!
Oh, wow, is this a great little story! It is incredibly deep but also fun, funny, and adorably romantic. I gotta say the 2 MC narrators really sell this book. Yes, the writing is super (I love this author's previous work too) but the acting and chemistry of the main narrators is what makes the 4+ hours so enjoyable. It's definitely a favorite and worthy of a re-read.

Love at First Listen
This was my fourth Cara Bastone audiobook, and I have loved them all. This one made me laugh out loud and felt like pure, unfiltered sunshine. It’s a total comfort listen!

It's so fluffy!
Completely meets the expectations set by Bastone's other Audible Originals. How does she do it? It's so warm and fuzzy and I completely want to die of cuteness.
If you loved the others, this one doesn't disappoint; if you have not listened to the others, where have you been, I envy you the first experience, and GO NOW!

Sugary Sweet
Such a great story, wonderful realistic characters. Left me with a nuclear smile. I love the critical thinking regarding love, and that the characters have interesting opinions. This is a great read! Easy, smile worthy and leaves you feeling good!
