This book was written to help anyone with grief. Grief is the deep sorrow especially that is caused by someone’s death. Through stories of my life, I explain the 5 stages of grief. I tell you what I went through trying to process my grief. It wasn’t until I had lost Stormy and started writing this book that I was finally able to put a title with my emotions.

The 5 stages of grief are as follows
Denial
Anger
Bargaining
Depression
Acceptance
When losing someone you love you don’t know which stage you will experience. It could be one or could be all of them.
In this book you get to meet the 6 people in my life that passed away and what happened to me trying to process grief.
They have changed my life forever. These are the stories of my life with them and how I am trying to live without them. I love them all so much. I truly wanted to honor them in a very special way.
