Wow this was such a good story I couldn’t put it down I liked most of the characters and I love the storyline although it was so sad I did my share of crying to this book but overall I loved it

Lost and Found

This book starts out with what every parent fears: the death of a young child. Maggie and Richard try to deal with her death in their own ways, but things aren't going well at all. Maggie is hooked on prescription drugs, Richard is (again) mixed up with his shady ex-partner, Dan, and their young son, Riley, is suffering the effects of his parent's grief. The book is interesting in a lot of ways, dealing with grief, special needs children, drug abuse, etc. But, the plot is very involved, with a lot of characters and a lot of gaps (in my opinion). Since this is labeled as Book 2, I can only guess that the story would be more understandable if Book 1 is read first. There are a lot of things in the whole conspiracy theory that stretch believability. How is it possible for one man (the mysterious Dan) able to manipulate so many people to do what he wants? I never fully figured out the connection between the characters, once again probably due to not reading Book 1 first. The narrator does a good job with the story and the story moved at a fast pace, but I wish I had more background before listening to this book. I was given the opportunity to listen to this audiobook by the narrator/author/publisher and chose to review it.
