Every person on the planet who makes it through a day has the same hours available. And each of us, regardless of what we accomplish, has the same 24 hours in each day. High performers, successful and happy people, find a way to make the highest and best use of that time. That is what I wanted to do too. I challenged myself to figure out how to get more out of my 24 hours than I did before, without sacrificing my quality of life. I didn't want to settle for what many other business leaders and entrepreneurs did. I didn't want to become enslaved by the unrealistic demands of both the business and my family life. I didn't want to continue to disappoint everyone around me, both personally and professionally. I wanted to ensure that we never forgot to live while retaining our passion for what we did. I wanted to live life to its fullest, one that embraced both our family and our business. I knew it was possible. I just needed to figure out how. Once I figured out what Exponentiality looked like in my life, I wrote this book to share it with those who could benefit from what I learned the most — people like you.
