It was enjoyable and inspiring to learn about Patagonia’s story. I liked when the author talked about the philosophy, management style and activism. I wasn’t a fan of the more technical writing about sales and operations (sometimes it felt like too much of an ad) but I can understand why he did it.

Chouinard is different- trying to copy him won’t work. But taking leaves from his book is totally doable. I really have been inspired by the holistic approach while i came first for the “revolutionary organisation of a company” - side of Patagonia !
As he said “I will never be an activist in the trenches- but I’ll dig dip in my pockets and I won’t just refuse to do bad. I commit on doing good! Thank you sir
