    Nice intermittent fasting book for women over 50

    This book explains the different ways to intermittent fasting, and even has a meal plan for 7 days to help you jump start your diet. Has tons of tips to help you keep you on the fasting plan. Fasting can be hard if you have never done it or don't know how to properly do it. If you are curious about it, this book will help you with the method before you dive into it. This is highly recommended for women over the age of 50.

    A Great Guide To Starting Intermittent Fasting

    There are so many different ways to intermittent fast and when I started looking into it for health purposes online I was getting so much different information and I wasn’t sure where to start. Once I found this guide I was so relieved because it was targeted to my needs and so easy to follow. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to not only women over 50, but anyone that is interested in fasting. I was especially surprised with the informative chapters at the beginning of the book, that explained why fasting is a good idea, how you can go about fasting, and tips for fasting. The recipes are yummy and easy to follow.

    Fantastic Book

    Just got my book today and listened it 2 hours. Took my time and marked all the most important parts. I am SO EXCITED to start the Intermittent Fasting for weight lose! Several of my friends have recommended the book because they have had much success with this weight lose program. Wonderful information and direction by many top doctors. Thank you for breaking it down so that I could understand it!

    Great buy!

    I recommend this audiobook to anyone who is serious about experiencing the benefits of intermittent fasting. I found it incredibly useful because it's not the usual standard guide but through well-researched criteria is able to direct people to choose the modalities and protocol that best suits their needs; we don't all have the same physique and needs.
    Congratulations! I have been following the 14 day plan and have already felt incredible improvements.
    It's easy to follow and the recipes are tasty too.

    Grab this book.

    You'll not only unlock amazing weight loss secrets with this book, but the health benefits that come from intermittent fasting are insane and these are also described in this book. It's the total package! I've been fasting for 4 months, and as they say, it's a way of life. You actually WANT to follow it everyday, as opposed to dieting where you can't wait to get to the end of the diet and "go back to normal". It turns out our "normal" is actually so messed up and this book will help you fix it.
    And even though I've already read a couple books on IF, I still learned a ton listening this new book. There's new medical research, new guidance from the author, and new tips and tricks. So whether you're thinking about diving in for the first time or have been IFing for years, the advice is the same...

    This book is full of such great information.

    This book is full of such great information. If you are on the fence, buy the book. You won’t regret it. Lisa has a way of writing that you feel she’s your best friend giving you good, if not great advice. Whether you are a seasoned intermittent faster, just getting your feet wet or thinking about doing IF - this book is for you! Lisa is a natural teacher and it is easy to understand her explanation of “sciency” stuff.
