Very interesting and useful cookbook!

I've made several of the recipes. The greek chicken sheet pan dinner, the Italian sausage, white bean and escarole soup (I substitute with kale), the creamy tomato soup, and the shrimp a la criolla are tasty and super easy to prep. I didn't care much for the chicken paprika, and in general, I haven't had much success with slow cooking drumsticks. MMm i love it!

Easy, tasty and skinny!

Loved the range of recipes. Have tried several in the crockpot and they turned out great. I'm not much of a beef or pork eater, and there were several of those in the book. Red-meat lovers rejoice! Good to read! Thanks!

I love it book!

Amazing! This is all you need. It also gives great hints for ways to get the most out of your air fryer. Our daughter loves this cookbook. So, I purchased one for myself.Best book is real!

Hmm lovely!

Great cookbook easy to follow recipes. Family favorite is the Intermittent Fasting. I used this several times with my family and also substituted the turkey with venison. Yummy! Cool book!

Great varity of recipes

Great! I have developed a healthier eating plan and this cookbook fits my plans and has a lot of new recipes for me to try. I have already used several .
There are all types of meals including vegetarian dishes and ingredients that add a lot of flavor. Most have pictures with them. The only downfall would be some have ingredients not available at a normal grocery. Luckily there is a specialty store here. Nice one! Well i love it!

Great book with a ton of variety

I was not sure what to expect from the recipes in the book but after trying a couple recipes it has become my new go to for the winter. It has a great variety of recipes whether you want to use your slow cooker or whip something up quickly. So far I have made ~20 different items and I would say all but 2 turned out as new favorites. Good to read it! Thanks author

Easy for any cooking skill level

Love love love this book. I'm not a cook. By any sense of the imagination. This book has provided with sensible staple meals that my family does not get tired of. Easy to make and delicious. My friend who suggested the book and I make meals and give each other feedback. We are both very happy with it. Brandon Hearn is the best! Well done!

I love Intermittent Fasting

Pretty happy with this cookbook. Can't comment on ALL the recipes (it's take a long time to try them all), but the dozen or so that we've tried have been excellent all the way around. Something in here for every palate and great for someone like me who is a lazy cook! I love dumping ingredients in the slow cooker and forgetting about it! Yummy book! That's a perfect one

EXCELLENT SIMPLE RECIPES

Great cookbook!! This cookbook is awesome. I've made so many recipes out of it and my family has loved them. Everything is so easy to make and I love that there is not a lot of prep work for most meals. Plus my house now always smells amazing from the stuff I'm cooking in the crockpot. Yummy book!

Fantastic one

I am a Brandon Hearn fan and look forward to purchasing her third cookbook, One and Done as I have both including fast and slow. Every recipe has a beautiful picture, all contain nutrition information). Cool
