À propos de ce contenu audio
Teddy Roosevelt grew up with a great love of nature and a strong belief that we are all responsible for one another. When he became the governor of New York and eventually the 26th president of the United States, he devoted himself to protecting both people in need and the great outdoors. One of our earliest environmentalists, he established the National Forest Service, five national parks and 150 national forests. His impact is felt to this day.
This friendly, fun biography series inspired the PBS Kids TV show Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum. One great role model at a time, these books encourage kids to dream big.
Included in each book are:
- A timeline of key events in the hero’s history
- Childhood moments that influenced the heroes
- Facts that make great conversation-starters
- A virtue these heroes embody: This book highlights Teddy Roosevelt's commitment to serving those in need and protecting the environment.
You’ll want to collect each audiobook in this dynamic, informative series!
