A lot of people are good at creating services and products in a biz, but the fall flat when sales don't come in. PR seems quite elusive, but as Lucy shows in her book, there is more to it that 'word of mouth'. This well thought out book is easy to listen to, and she provides a very good To Do list for the novice. She also tells you what not to do in certain circumstances such as how to write journalists, and how to structure pitch emails for ideas and press releases.

I'd say if you have a small biz, no budget for PR...this book is a must read!
