    Short, concise, and informativet Audiobook

    Really helpful tips for postpartum

    I am a new mother and have been struggling with focus and concentration since I became pregnant. To a lesser degree I have always struggled with concentration. This has led to anxiety and inability to get important tasks done like meeting deadlines. These techniques are accessible, easy to understand and implement right away. I don't usually like self help books but this one offers a simple recipe that I can get behind and stick to without overhauling my entire life.
