Chris has a very entertaining style and keeps things moving well. Some of these catches are fairly obvious, but there are also some very interesting less obvious ones. And the author did his homework backing these concepts up with stats and facts . Of course, most of the details (like fees, home auctions, price examples, etc) are Australia specific, I think the concepts are valid internationally.
