But what about companies that are not born with great DNA? How can good companies, mediocre companies, even bad companies achieve enduring greatness?

Americans precede anything negative with three nice comments; French, Dutch, Israelis, and Germans get straight to the point; Latin Americans and Asians are steeped in hierarchy; Scandinavians think the best boss is just one of the crowd. It's no surprise that when they try and talk to each other, chaos breaks out. In The Culture Map, INSEAD professor Erin Meyer is your guide through this subtle, sometimes treacherous terrain in which people from starkly different backgrounds are expected to work harmoniously together.

Well worth my time
If Change Management is your thing, this is a must listen. A lot of the information was deep but never boring. It opened my eyes to knowledge about Change Management. The real life stories used as examples helped with the understanding.

Good Information, just dated
The articles were good, but felt like they were dated. There were not any surprises or revelations if you have read at least one book or article regarding change management. Would like to have heard articles from the last few years on how firms are dealing with change in hyper competitive markets and multigenerational workforce. Overall a good collection that compliment each other.

Great lessons but dry narrator
Overall really good content. However the monotone dry narration makes me loose interest and drown the audio book out.

Old mindset
Many articles are from the 90ies. Change experts from today will recognize that it is old wisdom (and very American) about change and turn arounds.

Good summary of Change Management articles
Useful as an introduction into Change Management. What I miss are the links to the references mentioned in the audiobook. I understand there is material for download but not sure where these links are found. Other than that I can recommend the audiobook.

Gut, aber für ein Hörbuch sehr viel Input.
Die Must reads sind eine sehr gute Idee. Mir war es jedoch insbesondere wenn man bspw beim Autofahren hört zu viel Input.
